Krystal reflects on 2023 and what it took to move through forgiveness, anger, frustration and access more moments of aliveness, more moments of allowing something bigger than her to help move through stagnation that can be felt when we are ruminating in grief, sadness, anger etc. and it feels like we aren't getting anywhere on the progress scale. 
Followed by a tangent into the importance of our individual, unique, heart on fire creativity. 

In this episode Krystal is joined by her good friend JF Turcotte @jeanfelixturcotte_jft as they pull out and compare their comprehensive lists compiled to build clarity and call in an end to this era of singledom and the journey it has been. 
As two die hard cheese balls looking for THE one, THE soulmate connection we share our frustrations and our longings to go find more moments of sparks we've experienced while calling another out & up internally to the standards we seek externally.
